Frequently Asked Questions

Can I check my seat number before chart is prepared? ▼

No, seat/berth numbers are allocated only during chart preparation. Before that, you won't know your exact seat number.

What happens if I'm on waitlist after chart? ▼

If you remain on waitlist after chart, you cannot travel on that train unless you cancel and rebook. However, if someone cancels, you may get a spot.

Can chart change after being published? ▼

Chart can change in rare cases if there are technical issues or changes requested by authorities, but generally it's final.
